Tai Chi Class

Wednesday, 9.30am – 10.30am & 11am – 12pm with instructor Bryan

Learn how to build your own resilience and confidence, strengthen your immune system and reduce tension. Tai Chi can help build balance and coordination in your body and can help improve physical and mental wellbeing.

Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and can be done seated or standing. It can be adapted to suit all levels of mobility.

This is a friendly group and classes are open to all.

Accessing our exercise services –

Anyone receiving cancer treatment or who has had treatment within the last year requires an assessment with our exercise specialist before attending any sessions.

After the assessment, and if safe to do so, you are entitled to 3x FREE sessions on any of the exercise classes.

After that you will be required to pay the going rate for each subsequent exercise session.’
